CAA Certified Part 148 Manufacturing Organisation.

We provide a complete service - we are one of very few NZ companies that holds both Part 146 and Part 148 Certificates so our designers can work right along next to our workshop team. We use a mix of high tech engineering and hand crafting in our workshop and have a large rig for structural testing.

Flight Structures focus is on:

• Off the shelf certified products including our range of seats and berths.

We have a full workshop facility featuring high precision machinery and techniques. In 2024 we invested in a new DNM 6700XL Vertical Machining Centre to supplement our large flatbed CR Onsrud Router. You can benefit from our experienced personnel who combine practical and problem solving expertise with design skills. Given our experience, we may well already have a solution to your problem.

We have products on our shelf ready for purchase or we can manufacture to order. We supply our products with a CAANZ Form One.
