Flight Structures has Current Part 146 and Part 148 Certificates and had our Safety Management System approved by the CAANZ in 2021.
CAANZ Part 146 Design Organisation
Flight Structures successfully renewed our Design Organisation Certificate in September 2026. This certificate is valid for five years.
The process involves an onsite audit, review of our Exposition, staff and delegate competency and evaluation of our work packages.

Flight Structures successfully renewed our Manufacturing Organisation Certificate in September 2026. This certificate is valid for five years.
The process involves an audit of our facility, processes and work packages. This means that we can release products with a Form One.

We are proud to announce that Flight Structures Ltd has officially received CASA Papua New Guinea Part 146 Design Organisation Certification.

Flight Structures has Certificates of Membership from both Aerospace New Zealand and the Aviation Industry Association of New Zealand.
