In 2016, Flight Structures, in conjunction with Philips Search and Rescue Trust, developed a medical fit out for Mitsubishi MU-2B-30 and MU-2B-60 aircraft.

The MU-2B is well suited to EMS and patient transfer due to high speed, relatively low cost, and a low floor which simplifies patient loading.
